Description

Copadichromis mloto is a peacock cichlid species from Lake Malawi in eastern Africa. We acquired this species from EKKWill Fish Farm in March 2009. Males often reach 15cm (6 in.). Females are considerably smaller. Males are colorful with a bright blue top half and jet-black bottom half. Fins except for the ventral fins are dark, almost black. Females are drab brownish-gray fish.
