Charges: Goliad Farms has flat rate tiered shipping charges for retail orders. The shipping charge includes boxes, bags, and, if necessary, heat or cold packs.

* Air Cargo shipping is mandatory for any order containing an adult cichlid
** Local pickup is available by appointment only. Local pickup orders are picked up at our gate in Goliad, Texas at the scheduled appointment time. The customer is responsible for bringing boxes to transfer the fish to. Retail customers are not allowed to visit the hatchery for insurance reasons.
Tracking: When your shipment goes out, you will receive an email with the mode of shipment, expected arrival date, and a tracking number for your shipment.
Shipping Days: Goliad Farms™ ships via UPS Monday through Wednesday each week. UPS orders are typically shipped the next shipping day after receipt of the order.
Air Cargo order shipments are coordinated with you via email and scheduling is subject to our delivery dates to the various airports. Air Cargo shipments are made only to locations served by Southwest Airlines, Alaska Air, American Airlines, and United Airlines air cargo services.
Payment Methods: Goliad Farms accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.
Adding on to an Order: For orders that have not shipped, additions can be made up until noon of the shipping day. Add on costs will be manually separately charged.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping: We ship to Hawaii but will require an import certificate issued by the Hawaiian Department of Agriculture. We ship to Puerto Rico, but standard shipping rates do not apply. We do not presently ship retail orders internationally.
